What this site is

A collection of free, client-side developer tools operated by Oddlogix LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). Access is provided without charge and supported by display advertising.

No warranty

The tools and content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. Tool output — formatted JSON, validated XML, calculated subnets, etc. — should be spot-checked before being used in production systems.

Client-side operation

Every tool on codebrulee runs in your browser. No tool input is transmitted to our servers. This is a design property, not a promise of security in every possible threat model: browser extensions, operating system keyloggers, and screen-capture software are outside our control. If you are working with secrets, treat your whole endpoint as the trusted boundary.

Acceptable use

Use codebrulee for any lawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt site availability, extract data via automated means beyond normal browsing, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without permission.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and the specific tool implementations are the property of Oddlogix LLC unless otherwise noted. Linking to the site is encouraged. Republishing substantial content requires written permission.

Third-party content

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of those advertisements and they do not constitute endorsements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddlogix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to damages from reliance on tool output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top of this page.
